Regulatory Status
Aurevya Wealth is a licensed Management Company regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (Licence No. MC12000144). Our registered office is at Capital Manor, Cnr Sir Pierre Simonet & Sir Victor De la Faye, Floreal, 74110, Republic of Mauritius. Our services are available only to qualifying persons in accordance with applicable law. The provision of services to clients in specific jurisdictions may be subject to local regulatory requirements.
No Guarantee of Licensing or Regulatory Outcomes
Where our services involve applying for a licence, permit, or registration with the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, the Bank of Mauritius, the Economic Development Board, or any other regulator or authority, the grant of that licence, permit, or registration is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. We prepare and submit applications on a client's behalf, but we cannot and do not guarantee approval, the timeframe for a decision, or the terms on which any approval may be granted. Every application is also contingent on the applicant and its beneficial owners, directors, and officers independently satisfying the relevant authority's fit-and-proper criteria and our own and the authority's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement where these requirements are not met.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance at byappointment@aurevya.com, setting out the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt and aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, as the regulator of Aurevya Wealth's licensed activities.
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
